Over the last couple of months I took advantage of the pandemic to learn a new skill: 3D. Novice to the world of 3D, I taught myself the pipeline and workflow in creating a game-ready asset. This included learning seven programs, understanding 3D terms and their purpose, hand-painted vs PBR, high poly vs low poly, mobile vs console assets, topology, texture maps, etc. I'm proud of my accomplishments and wanted to share my personal demonstration of 3D knowledge. I'm definitely looking forward to creating more 3D art in the future.
